AngelicShop provides salon and spa equipment at wholesale manufacturing prices. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Customization

Some of our products may be customizable (colors, features, etc.). Customers are responsible for submitting accurate customization details. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing or production.

7. Liability

AngelicShop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
